2024 Cyclical Review - Assessing office is starting 2024 cyclical review of town properties in preparation for the next--likely 2025-- town wide revaluation. This requires a visit to roughly 25% of properties each year, over the next 4 years. We will be checking for accurate building measurements and reviewing relevant descriptive data. This year number of 1430 parcels will be visited by our assessing firm Granite Hill Municipal Services this will start on May 15, 2024.
